Giffords Circus returns to the breath taking Blenheim Palace in 2021. Home to the 12th Duke of Marlborough and his family and the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, Blenheim Palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site boasting a long and diverse history. Blenheim Palace was built as a gift to John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough, from Queen Anne and a grateful nation in thanks for his victory at the Battle of Blenheim on 13th August 1704.
Giffords Circus is situated amongst the beautiful and ancient trees of the parkland, near the Butterfly House and Marlborough Hedge Maze.

Parking
Parking is in the grounds next to the circus, please follow directions and park sensibly. For those with limited mobility we reserve a limited amount of blue badge parking nearer the tent, please let the car park attendant know if you need to park as near as possible and they will show you where to go.

Location
Giffords Circus is located within the grounds of Blenheim Palace in the town of Woodstock and just off the A44.

Directions
From Oxford city centre (Broad Street) take the A4144 (Woodstock Road) northbound to Wolvercote roundabout. At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A44. At the next roundabout take the second exit, and then the first exit at the following roundabout. Head north on the A44 for approximately 4.5 miles. The entrance to the park will be on your left, just before Woodstock town. Once inside the park follow signs/directions for Giffords Circus where you will be directed where to park.

WORTON KITCHEN GARDEN
Worton Kitchen Garden is five miles north-west of Oxford, a seven-acre market garden providing the local community with an astonishing diversity of seasonal fresh vegetables, herbs, fruit, eggs and flowers. The farm shop, that was a favourite of Nell’s, is open all year round on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
