Circus Sauce is Giffords Circus unique, travelling licensed restaurant which opens for dinner in the evenings after the last show. It has a weekly changing menu of three-courses costing from £30 adults and £20 children.

Dinner is a rustic extravagant inspired three-course feast, served on large Emma Bridgewater serving platters and using local and seasonal ingredients by a team of talented chefs, lead by Circus Sauce Head Chef and cookbook author Ols Halas.

Dietary requirements
Please email sauce@giffordscircus.com with any dietary requirements or questions at least 48 hours before you are due to come to the Circus. Our highly skilled team of chefs are able to accommodate most dietary requirements with plenty of notice.

OUR NEW LICENSED BAR
We are delighted to announce that we now have a licensed travelling bar and will be serving your favourite wines, beers and ciders from local suppliers in the Circus Sauce restaurant.

Casual food options


In our circus wagons and tents in front of the big top you will find all kinds of delights. In the main tent you will be able to buy cans of water and drinks, sweets, freshly spun pink candyfloss and popcorn. In the cafe wagon we serve such delicious food such as loaded fries, veg tempura, pulled pork burgers with rhubarb and hot dogs, also tea and coffee. Finally in the pizza wagon, you can watch your pizza being made in the amazing Chadwick pizza ovens.
*please note that on move day Monday’s our cafe and pizza wagon are not available as we move the vintage wagons in the morning
