Giffords Circus Serves Up New Cookbook

We are delighted to announce that our debut Giffords Circus Cookbook will be published by Quadrille Publishing on 26th March 2020 and is available to pre-order on Amazon.

The cookbook, co-written by Giffords Circus owner, Nell Gifford and head chef, Ols Halas, contains over 100 recipes inspired by Circus Sauce, Giffords Circus travelling restaurant. Nell serves up a smorgasbord of circus stories which Ols compliments with his much-loved recipes that have earned the restaurant much acclaim.

The imagery for the book has been photographed by prestigious photographer David Loftus, who has been visiting the circus throughout this year's tour to capture the essence of Giffords Circus, from handmade pizzas and circus celebrations to foraging for ingredients for the rustically extravagant feasts that Ols conjures up!
