Ticket Exchange Process for The Hooley 2021

Following the announcement of the Government roadmap out of lockdown we have had to adjust our tour dates for our 2021 show The Hooley.

We will now open on Wednesday 19th May 2021. This is later than we had first planned and results in the following changes:

  • Fennells Farm has moved to 19th – 24th May and is now one week not two weeks
  • Bowood has moved to 15th – 19th July and is now one week not two weeks
  • Daylesford has moved to 10th – 21st June, but is still two weeks
  • Sudeley is now 27th – 31st May and is now one week not two weeks
  • Regrettably we are no longer visiting Frampton on Severn in 2021 as it doesn’t fit into our schedule.

All other dates and venues remain the same for 2021 you can see the full tour dates here.

For all ticket enquiries please contact our box office, The Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham on 01242 691181 or email exchanges@everymantheatre.org.uk

FAQ’s

What happens to my tickets if the show I was booked for is no longer going ahead?

We have exchanged your tickets for a similar show at the same ground or nearest alternate venue and tried to make the exchange like-for-like wherever possible. Those effected by the changes in date and venue have been sent an email on Friday, 26th March, 2021, directly from the Everyman Theatre, who manage the Giffords Circus box office.

Why have you exchanged my booking?

We have exchanged your booking as the show you were booked into has now had its date moved. We also have a reduced capacity at some venues that now only have one week not two weeks and with a reduced audience capacity due to social distancing we wanted to make sure we could fit everyone in.

What if I can’t make the date that I have been offered?

Please contact our box office, The Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham on 01242 691181 or email exchanges@everymantheatre.org.uk and they will be able to assist you on finding a more suitable date. The box office is currently open from Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm and closed on weekends and bank holidays.

When will I receive my ticket in the post?

Your tickets will arrive in the post four weeks before your booking date.

What if I have a restaurant booking?

If your restaurant booking was for Fennells Farm in April, Sudeley Castle, Bowood, Daylesford or Frampton we have sent you an email from sauce@giffordscircus.com to rearrange your tickets, please check your junk folder before contacting the box office if you haven’t received this email.

I have a voucher code that you sent me in 2020 when can I use it?

We will send you a letter in early April reminding you of your code so you can book your Circus tickets.

How do I donate my tickets or vouchers to support Giffords Circus?

Firstly, thank you so much, your support is so kind. Please email exchanges@everymantheatre.org.uk if you would like to donate your tickets or vouchers. Find out more here.

I have lost my voucher code to rebook my tickets what do I do?

We will send you a letter in early April reminding you of your code and when the tickets will be on sale so you can book your Circus tickets.

I haven’t received an email from you?

Your email will come from exchanges@everymantheatre.org.uk – do check your spam or junk folders or contact the box office on 01242 691181 or email exchanges@everymantheatre.org.uk and they will be able to assist you.

Is the show social distanced?

We are adhering to all Government guidelines regarding social distancing. New seating has been put in place to ensure the Government’s “1 metre plus” rules are adhered to. The seating is now individual seating rather than benches and the distance between the seats is engineered to ensure the correct distances are observed at all times.
