A few things to know
Refunds/Exchanges: We do not refund tickets unless a performance is cancelled. In order to exchange tickets, we require one week's notice. Should tickets for the alternative performance be of greater value, you must pay the difference. No money will be reimbursed should you wish to exchange for a performance with tickets of a lesser value.
The Everyman, Cheltenham are our booking agents and charge an administrative fee of £2/person to change tickets with more than one week's notice, more information please refer to their website. There is also a ticket postage charge to post the tickets.
Payment: Should you be purchasing tickets or merchandise on site, please bring cash or cheques, payable to Giffords Circus. We do have card machines however due to the remote situation of some of our venues, we cannot guarantee connectivity.
Changes: All our mailers are correct at the time of printing. Due to circumstances beyond our control Giffords Circus reserves the right to make alterations to the programme, cast and/or tour.
Late Arrivals: Please try to arrive on time. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and to admit late comers only at appropriate intervals, or to ask late comers to stand.
Babies/Toddlers: Under 3s go free and should sit on a lap.
Access: Please let us know if someone in your party requires special assistance in advance of the show.
Safety: Some of the grounds can be uneven and slippery. It may be dark when you leave the show, so please come prepared and suitably dressed.
Cameras: No flash photography is permitted in the Big Top.
The management reserves the right to remove any ticket holder from the circus, without refund, on reasonable grounds including, without limitation, where the ticket holder breaches these terms and conditions, disrupts other audience members' enjoyment or does anything that the management considers to be unacceptable and which may cause damage, nuisance or injury. Ticket holders must comply with instructions and directions given by Circus staff.
If for any reason you are not happy with your Giffords Circus products we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Postage and packaging charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or not fit for purpose. In this case a member of our team will arrange for collection of the goods through our carrier. The most important thing to us is getting feedback so that we get it right next time.

How to pay and taxes
We accept online payment through our secure payment system using credit or debit card. We currently accept MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta. Cheques should be made payable to Giffords Circus ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse. We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as Giffords Circus will not be held responsible for any losses. All prices and transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%.
How we get your order to you
We deliver to UK mainland destinations excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. These areas will incur an additional charge and you will be contacted within 24 hours after your order has been placed.
Europe and other destinations may be possible but additional delivery charges will apply - please contact us in advance for a quote. We aim to process orders within 48 hours and deliver goods to you within five working days. All our products are sent to you securely packed and sent within the standard period, except those parcels going to more remote destinations which may take a little longer. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity if any ordered item is out of stock or delayed, and offer you either a revised delivery date or a refund. If in doubt, please speak to the team on +44 (0)1451 820378. Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public or bank holidays.

Disclaimer and limitations of liability
Shires Entertainments Ltd (Trading as Giffords Circus) does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors, or employees, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Shires Entertainments Ltd, nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Shires Entertainments Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
While Shires Entertainments Ltd uses reasonable actions to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Shires Entertainments Ltd will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
While Shires Entertainments Ltd takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, Shires Entertainments Ltd will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended or shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.
