Circus Sauce is our unique 42 cover travelling restaurant that follows the circus on tour. We set up the canopy and wooden tables next to the big top, under the stars each night to cater for our audience and artistes after evening performances.

Sauce serves a three course meal using fresh, seasonal, local ingredients.

Circus Sauce is also open during show intervals serving freshly baked cakes, traditional ice creams, teas, fruit drinks and much more.
