The Circus Sauce team would love to keep living the circus lifestyle all year round. It is an unusual, magical, addictive, wonderful place. But rest and inspiration is much needed and with the new street food (well...field food) wagon on the cards for next year, where better to start our culinary adventure than south-east Asia.
And so Dave, Dan, Joey and I will be tasting as much as possible over the next few months before reaching Australia. There, we will be working our way up the east coast lending our hands in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney and various festival food trucks that look interesting.
For now though, it is northern Thailand and the best phad thai ever.
