Giffords Circus is a magical village green circus that tours England throughout the summer.

Any Port in a Storm

It's 2017 and Giffords Circus is visiting the Spanish court of the 17th Century. A thrilling, candle-lit, international gymnastic show with dancing horses, a live band and of course the king of mis-rule Tweedy the clown.

A Giffords storm is brewing.  Full tour dates and ticket booking here.

Ever wondered how a circus show comes together?

Listen to the BBC World Service episode 'How to create a circus production' here. An insight into the creative process of putting on a show with interviews with Nell, Cal and the creative team.

Circus sauce is our unique 60-seat restaurant that follows the circus to each ground.

The kitchen is housed in two magnificent showman's wagons with an awning attached to the side, providing space for grand candle-lit, communal oak tables.

Each evening after the final show of the day, three delicious courses are served up on candle-lit oak tables in our tent lined with circus tapestries.  We use locally sourced fresh ingredients to produce traditional meals night after night.

It’s a never-to-be forgotten dining experience

Giffords Circus has worked with photographer Gem Hall, creating much of the photography you see in this year's posters, programmes and flyers. Alongside this she began a personal, reportage style project photographing behind the scenes of the circus performers. A limited edition range of these beautiful images are available to buy now here.

Giffords Circus has inspired a beautiful range of jewellery by Taylor Black. Check it out here.
